Absent timely notification of termination, subscriptions are automatically renewed upon expiration. Cancellations for annual subscriptions must be made before November 30 of the school year to which the cancellation will apply.
Unless a claim of non-receipt of an issue is made within six months after the mailing date, we will not be held responsible for supplying that issue without charge. Subscribers who claim non-receipt after the six month mailing period should contact the Law Review office to inquire about the availability of past issues.
