The George Mason Law Review would like to invite you to attend its 22nd Annual Antitrust Symposium: Antitrust at the Crossroads?.  The conference is organized by the Law Review and the George Mason Law & Economics Center’s Henry G. Manne Program in Law and Economics Studies.

This year’s symposium will feature two keynote speakers – Makan Delrahim, Assistant Attorney General, US Department of Justice Antitrust Division and Christine S. Wilson, Commissioner, US Federal Trade Commission.  Panel topics will include “Antitrust Litigation: ‘TwIqbal’ a Decade Later”, “Remedying Merger Remedies”, “Reviewing CFIUS Review: National Security, Industrial Policy, and Competition Law”, and “Antitrust and Big Tech.”
